We have creek near my home called as Kolshet, Thane (w) - 400 607. It is located about 200m from residential area, and people come there for roaming and as it is good place like seashore. Some local people come there for drink also. Today we (me and my friend (he))had gone for roaming and just we were talking where, 2 policemen caught us, saying you should not be here, it is restricted area at night. But actually nowhere it is mentioned and many people come here everyday. Then he took my license and told us to come to police station and he will report a case on us against vehicle act something 126. and we will have to pay rs. 2000. and taken my license. Then on the way he started frightening us, and told us to give them bribe, when i offered 100rs. he was unhappy and asked my friend to give more 100rs. This type of cases are happening frequently. Already we are remaining with few such a places and now we cant got here because of POLICEWALE GUNDE and CHOR

Corruption in Orissa

The corruption in Orissa has reached to nerves of all Govt. employee. We have to pay good amoun;t for each Govt. work. Instances I have faced 1.In Cuttack Development Authority (CDA) you have to pay good amount to get NOC. 2. You have to pay good amount to Commercial Tax Department officers at circle level for approval of Waybills and othe statutory forms. The Govt. is shouting on corruption free culture, isn't it somthing joke. When all these will be stopped????

Group A Officer Mr ****** AWM/PL is indulgde in following corrupted activities :- 1. He has been procument officer since 10 years 2. He has filled the ACR of his own daughter. 3. He is character less... whole factory knows that. 4. He is harrasing the subordinate. even one subordinate is suffering from brain haemmorage only because of him. 5. Number of inventory item including laptop, harddisk, pen drives are missing.

Taste less truth

Today we can not live without curruption. REASONS am i not know but it really truth. we all are habitual it.If i say that it is a part of our life ,then i think "I AM NOT WRONG". am i wrong?

My views are -- 1-Only CJ of supreme court should be kept out of Lokpal ambit. 2- To have a check on Lokpal, there should be committee under CJ of SC which should be empowered to deal corruption against him. Under current system of elections it is quite possibility that only anti social elements reach Loksabha/assembly on the basis of muscle and money power. Until , unless election system is reformed , it is quite doubtful that an effective Lokpal bill will be enacted because no so-called public representative will be willing to get it through as their vested interest will be involved in doing so.It may be possibility that govt. will crush this movement. No doubt Anna Hazare is fighting for right cause. And one day he will succeed. In my opinion Govt. will not allow Hazare to fast at Jantar Mantar.

ALL THE PERSONS THOSE WHO ARE SIGNED ON A FILE/BILL ETC. MUST BE EQUALLY RESPONSIBLE AND SHOULD BE PUNISHED WITH EQUAL QUANTUM OF FINE/PUNISHMENT IF THEY ARE FOUND GUILTY WHATEVER IS THEIR POST/ CHAIR.

1. Our politicians have very meagre salaries therefore they have no alternative but to be corrupt.We should give them high salaries befitting their responsibilities then ensure they are suitably punished if they indulge into graft. 2. The actions of Anna Hazare and Baba Ramdev should not go down in vain.They are honest but govt wants to malign them and divert attention of everyone from the main topic of corruption.A clear policy in a clear time frame be implemented . 3. Whistleblowers be protected .Info given by them should be authenticated by an independent private organisation before maligning someone.The independent private org should include eminent persons from all walks of life with a reputation of honesty and integrity.

Corruption in Judiciary

We have known of corruption in judiaciary but we cannot do anything. It is highly risky for anyone to raise a finger against any acting judge of High Court or Supreme Court. So we need to wait till the judge retires. I learnt from my negotiations with various lawyers that there is new word named "equation". Justice is gradually becoming taken over by "equation". It is for the litigitant to find out the right link, pay the cost and get the order. Law is on book only. Judges have wide discretionary power under the law. Now the choice. Going though "equation" channel the cost is hefty and only rich can afford. So rich people have easy justice. We have known from reports that maximum judgements are in favour of rich people only and this can explain "equation". Only few poor gets the justice so that milk donot over spill. Much is said that relative lawer of a judge cannot plead before the said judge. But it is not the truth. The lawyer can plead before the judge untill any protest lodged. But who will bell the cat? Bar knows the difficulty in removing an acting judge specially when the judge is from High Court or Supreme Court. Now, everyone has to earn the bread. Better keep silent and let things go is the general trend. The untimate sufferer is the justice. Poor people are just helpless. We have to consign to our fate. It is God that made us poor and wanted us to suffer so let us accept the truth.
